- 200 g Self Raising flour
- pinch salt
- pinch mustard powder
- 100 g Margarine
- 150 g Mature (red) Cheddar, grated
- 1 medium egg, beaten
- Heat oven to 180°C.
- Mix together the flour, salt and mustard.
- Rub in the margarine.
- Stir in the cheese and add sufficient egg to make stiff dough.
- Roll out thinly and cut into strips/shapes, or flatten & shape with hands.
- Place onto a lined baking tray,
- Bake for 10-15 mins.
